We currently ship products within Australia. Delivery is available to most metro, regional, and selected remote areas.
For remote locations, islands, or difficult-access addresses, additional freight charges or longer delivery times may apply. If your address requires a special delivery arrangement, we will contact you before dispatch.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the product size, weight, delivery address, and freight requirements.

9. Authority to Leave
Some carriers may offer an “Authority to Leave” option. If you choose this option, the parcel may be left unattended at your delivery address.
Aquatec Fitness is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage after an order has been delivered under an authority-to-leave instruction.
10. Delays Outside Our Control
While we aim to dispatch and deliver orders promptly, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including courier delays, weather events, supply chain disruptions, peak season demand, or public holidays.

11. International Shipping
At this stage, Aquatec Fitness primarily ships within Australia. If you are located outside Australia and would like to enquire about international shipping, please contact us before placing an order.
