This Refund Policy explains how refunds, returns, replacements, and repairs are handled for products purchased through our website, including aqua bikes, pool treadmills, trampolines, and related aquatic fitness equipment.
1. Australian Consumer Law
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a remedy if a product fails to meet a consumer guarantee, including where the product is faulty, unsafe, not as described, or not fit for its intended purpose.
Depending on the issue, the remedy may include a repair, replacement, refund, or other solution required by law.
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits or excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
2. Change of Mind Returns
Please choose carefully before placing your order. Aquatec Fitness does not generally offer refunds for change of mind, including where you:
Change your mind after purchase
Choose the wrong product
Find the product cheaper elsewhere
No longer need the product
Order the wrong size, model, or quantity
However, we may consider change-of-mind returns on a case-by-case basis. If approved, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and proof of purchase.
Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the customer’s responsibility.
3. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Products
If your product arrives faulty, damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible.
Please include:
Your order number
Your full name
Photos or videos of the issue
Photos of the packaging, if damaged in transit
A short explanation of the problem
Once we receive your request, we will assess the issue and provide the appropriate solution.
4. Assessment of Returned Products

5. Products Not Eligible for Refund
A refund, repair, or replacement may not be available where:
The product was damaged due to misuse, neglect, incorrect installation, or failure to follow product instructions
The product has been modified or altered
Normal wear and tear has occurred
The customer simply changed their mind
The customer selected the wrong product or model
The issue was caused by improper storage, handling, or maintenance
This does not affect any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.
6. Return Shipping
If a product is confirmed to be faulty or incorrect due to our error, we will work with you to arrange a suitable return, replacement, repair, or refund.
For approved change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping or freight charges may not be refundable unless required by law.
Large items such as aqua bikes, pool treadmills, and trampolines may require specialist freight handling. Any return must be arranged carefully to prevent damage during transit.
7. Refund Processing
Once a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout.
Please allow reasonable processing time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank, card provider, or payment platform.
Shipping, freight, or handling fees may not be refunded unless required by law or where the return is due to an error by Aquatec Fitness.

Where suitable, Aquatec Fitness may offer an exchange, replacement product, replacement part, or repair instead of a refund.
